Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Sterling Cheque or Postal Order, or by bank transfer for other currencies.
For anything other than the DVDs, we will send you a quote and payment link for Card Payments, as almost every transaction we do is different.
For existing kits, we require payment in full at the time of order. Delivery can be expected within 28 days, normally sooner.
For new kits, we ask for a 50% deposit for kit development. We will notify you of the final price and delivery charges when the kit design is complete, and will require full payment before starting cutting the kit.
Delivery prices are quoted for a normal 3 day delivery within the mainland UK. Costs for delivery vary according to the weight of the kit, but are around £45 for a canoe kit, £80 for a 15ft dinghy kit, to £150 for a Cape Henry 21 kit. Next day and Saturday delivery can also be arranged at additional cost.
Additional charges may unfortunately be necessary for the extremities of the UK and islands.
For all but the smallest kits, delivery is made on a pallet.
We can arrange delivery to European and other destinations but these need to be quoted individually. Charges for delivery to residential addresses tend to be slightly more expensive. The delivery of a Cape Henry kit to a rural destination in Southern France cost £275, a 15ft dinghy kit to Sweden £215. Delivery to non-EU countries may incur additional customs and handling charges.
